2013 | Day 304 - Halloween

We decided to Trick or Treat in our neighborhood this year.  It was really fun.  Grandma Bush was in town and got to enjoy the holiday with us.  The kids loved running from house to house ringing door bells and getting lots of candy.  We only stayed out for about an hour, but the kids got way too much candy!  After we went Trick or Treating we decided to go to Outback for Dean's birthday dinner.  It was a great day!

2013 | Day 303 - Cookies

Birthday treat for Dean's class tomorrow :)  I bought some cookies from the Publix bakery and packages 3 cookies for each kid in his class.  Then I put a cute minecraft sticker on them.  I love how they turned out. 

2013 | Day 302 - Key Chains

I have been out of key chains for a while now, so Scott and I took the day and made 101 of them.  I am so happy to have them crossed off my to do list. 

2013 | Day 301 - Barbie Pumpkin

Kenzie had to decorate a pumpkin like a book character for a homework assignment. She picked Barbie.  It was a fun project.  She got to paint the pumpkin, then we made hair out of bakers twine and made a felt bow. 

2013 | Day 300 - Pumpkin Carving

We always carve pumpkins with Scott's family. It is a fun tradition. This year we just carved 1 pumpkin as a family. The kids wanted to make a classic jack-o-lantern face. I think it turned out pretty cute!

2013 | Day 299 - Costumes

Dean (almost 9) as Minecraft Steve, Kenzie (6 1/2) as a Witch, and Chase (2) as our Little Pirate!

2013 | Day 298 - Me

Every once in a while I will take a picture of myself.  Today I took a few after I got ready for the day.  I love how this picture turned out. 

2013 | Day 297 - Publix

Chase and I did our shopping at Publix this morning while the kids were at school.  He loves being the the cart with the steering wheels and they always give him a cookie and sticker. 

2013 | Day 296 - Closet

I cleaned out my closet today and got rid of about half my clothes.  It feels so good to de-clutter the house. 

2013 | Day 295 - Cold

This morning was super cold, so I put some nice comfy pajamas on Chase and one of Dean's winter hats to keep him warm. 

2013 | Day 294 - Ziggle

We were given a free Ziggle to play with a review.  It is really fun, Chase can even make it go.

2013 | Day 293 - Church

Scott and me during sacrament meeting.  We always sit next to each other.  Chase needed to go potty during church and he loves to wash his hands after.  Today was the first time he used the church potty.  He has been so scared of it.  I like progress!

Chase is obsessed with the Trio blocks.  Today we made a trio camera for him to play with.

2013 | Day 290 - Morning

Good Morning Chase!  He loves getting his picture taken every time he sees a camera.  Today I was taking some pictures of things we are selling and he insisted on a photo.

2013 | Day 289 - Storage

We put some storage cabinets in our bedroom this week and got them filled up.  We have been here for almost 4 years without a linen closet and now we finally have a place for all our sheets and blankets. 

2013 | Day 288 - Ride

We all played outside today after school.  Chase loves riding on his red tricycle, but he really likes it when the big kids push him around. 

2013 | Day 287 - Trim

I trimmed both Chase and Dean's hair today.  I think they both look so cute.  I love the longer hair on Dean, it just fits him.

2013 | Day 286 - Tower

Scott and the kids built a trio tower that touched the ceiling.  It was hard work trying to make it strong enough.

We got a really big box when we bought our headboard and the kids have been having fun playing with it this past week.  Today I gave them some crayons and let them go crazy decorating it. 

2013 | Day 284 - Park

Chase and I went to the park this morning to play with a friend from the ward.  It was such a nice day and there were tons of kids at the play ground.

It's picture day at school and the kids look great!

Scott and I have been working hard trying to get ahead on camera straps before the busy holiday season hits.

2013 | Day 281 - Decorate

We bought our new headboard and night stands.  I love them both.  I feel like our room is just coming together so perfectly.  It is so us, and that's what I was going for.  Now I'm off to find a bedskirt :)

2013 | Day 279 - Conference

We watched General Conference today as a family.  It was so inspiring and uplifting.  I had the kids draw picture of the speakers while they listened and we had a picnic in the bedroom.

2013 | Day 278 - Wedding

Tonight we went to a wedding for one of Scott's cousins.  It was so much fun.  Scott, Chase, and Kenzie danced the entire night.  I think it was my favorite wedding ever.  I loved being able to watch my kids have fun.

2013 | Day 277 - Boxes

We've been buying a lot of things from Ikea the past few weeks and our house is being over run with boxes. 

2013 | Day 276 - Trio Castle

We decided to have a trio war today, so the boys worked on a knight castle and the girls made a princess castle.  When we finished we had a battle and let Chase destroy them both.  It was awesome!

2013 | Day 275 - Temple

Scott and I went to the temple this morning.  It was so nice to get out of the day to day for a few hours and worship during the week.  We got there about 2 minutes late, so we ended up doing sealings before our endowment session.  It was a day filled with the spirit.  I can't wait to go again. 

2013 | Day 274 - Bats

It is October...Yay!  Today Chase and I decorated the chalkboard and pulled out our paper bats.  It is such a fun time of year.  I even pulled out Chase's new Halloween pajamas for him to wear.  He looked adorable!
