Day 31:365 - ER

Tonight Kenzie fell off a kitchen chair and put her teeth through her lip. We had to rush her to the ER for stitches. I took a few pictures with my camera phone, but I can't figure out how to get them off the camera. So, when I got home I took this one of her identification bracelet. She was so mad when they put this on her. She tried her hardest to take it off. It was a very traumatic day for everyone, especially Kenzie.

Day 30:365 - Temple

Today Mark and Estella got married in the Atlanta Temple. It was a beautiful wedding and a beautiful and VERY cold day. The kids looked so cute all dressed up. Kenzie wore her black dress that I ordered this past summer. She looks stunning in black. I just wish she would sit still long enough for me to take her picture.

Day 29:365 - Running

Dean and Kenzie are really good friends. They love to play together. But, Dean is bigger than Kenzie and he loves to chase her around. She usually runs as fast as she can while laughing the whole time. I love it!

Day 28:365 - Elliptical

Today Scott went and bought me my very own Elliptical! I am so excited. I have been wanting to start working out and getting into shape for a while now. And, I told Scott that there was no way I was going to go outside and walk. I just wanted an elliptical or treadmill so I could stay inside with the kids to exercise. So, we started looking around at used machines and we found this one in like new condition. It is wonderful!!! It is a NordicTrack ASR 1000. It is really fun and I actually feel like I am getting a good workout. Now, my goal is to use it 5 days a week.

Day 27:365 - Potato

Tonight I really wanted tacos for dinner, so I made a huge pan of scalloped potatoes for the meal. I usually make this last at least a week or so. We cook the potatoes, and then brown some hamburger meat and add the potatoes into the meat to finish cooking. It is AWESOME!!!

Day 26:365 - Brace

My hand brace is the only thing that makes it so I can use the computer. Without it, my hand is in constant pain.

Day 25:365 - Rocket

Sharon gave Dean this rocket launcher last summer. He has so much fun with it whenever we go outside. He isn't allowed to play with it inside or around Kenzie since he always tries to launch it at her!

Day 24:365 - Minivan

I am in LOVE with my new mini van. It is perfect!!! I love the automatic doors, the DVD player, the navigation system, and the heated seats. It is the first time in my adult life that I have enjoyed driving!

Day 23:365 - Face

Dean LOVES to make silly faces when I am taking pictures. He will usually close his eyes and do something silly with his mouth. Here is just one of the hundreds of pictures I have of Dean making a face like this!

Day 22:365 - Crazy

Kenzie wakes up every morning and puts all her necklaces on and her hat. It is really cute. She is really starting to love dressups. I love having a girl around the house!

Day 21:365 - Potty

Kenzie decided that she wanted to sit on the big potty. She likes to copy Dean since he is such a big boy. So, she just sits there and reads her books. She still has been successful or anything, but she thinks its fun!

Day 20:365 - Dishes

My least favorite part about my house is that it doesn't have a dish washer. So, for the past 6 years I have washed every dish by hand. I really don't like washing dishes anymore!!!

Day 19:365 - Song

Right now my favorite song is One Republic "Apologize" I Love that song. I think I listen to it 10 or more times a day. Actually, I really like everything by One Republic.

Day 18:365 - Cute

I just love this girl. I can't believe how fast she is growing. It amazes me everyday to see and hear all the new things she has learned.

Day 17:365 - Etsy

Etsy is my FAVORITE online site. I could spend our entire savings on the amazing creations that other people sell. I have 2 shops open at the moment. I sell camera straps at my Cotton Candy by Natalie shop and I sell fabric at Just Fabric. It is such a great place for the work at home Mom.

Day 16:365 - Stew

Tonight I made my favorite winter meal, Stew! It was perfect! Scott and I got up this morning and cut all the vegetables and filled the crock pot with all the yummy ingredients. It smelled so good all day. We couldn't wait until dinner time to eat it. It was cool because even Dean thought it was good! I also made some Rhodes rolls to go with it.

Day 15:365 - Games

Last year at Targets After Christmas sales, we bought a little pool table and an air hockey table for $10 each. They were normally $90 each. We only take them out a few times a year since they take so much room in our house, but Dean loves to play and he is getting better and better each time we take the games out. It is a really fun activity for the family.

Day 14:365 - Messy

Kenzie can make the biggest mess with her toys. We are working on trying to have her clean up her toys after she finishes playing with them.

Day 13:365 - Paintings

We decided that we didn't want all my Grandma's painting to just be in the corner of the kids room, so the other day we went and filled our front room with her art. I love it.

Day 12:365 - Yummy

Drinking hot chocolate on a cold morning is one of my favorite things. I loved being able to use my new mug that I won during our white elephant game this past christmas. Thanks Emily for bringing such a cute gift!

Day 11:365 - Work

Today we got 35 camera straps made and ready to be mailed out tomorrow. It is a lot of work!

Day 10:365 - Transformer

Tonight we went to Brian and Chrisinda's house for our annual Video game night. Kenzie loved all the new toys. She really liked to put on this transformers mask and try to scare everyone.

Day 9:365 - Fit

Dean loves to play the Wii Fit. And he is really good at it. Here he is trying to do a ski jump!

Day 8:365 - Breakfast

Kenzie LOVES to eat dry Cap'n Crunch Berries cereal for breakfast and snacks. She usually eats all the berries first and then takes her time to eat the rest.

Day 7:365 - Note

Scott is such a wonderful husband, he love to leave little notes for me on the refrigerator. It is alway nice to go get breakfast and see it!

Day 6:365 - Pretend

This little doll house was Kenzie's favorite Christmas gift she got this year. She loved taking care of all the little people. She feeds them, cleans them, and puts them to bed. I love that she decided to wear her new superhero cape today while she was playing!

Day 5:365 - Cousins

Tonight we were surprised to see that all the cousins were at Family Night. Dean loves to play with the boys. I was able to get a few of them to stop playing long enough to take a picture.

Day 4:365 - Travel

The drive home from Grandma and Grandpa's house took us 14 hours. Dean liked to pass the time by playing his new Leapster game system he got for Christmas this year.

Day 3:365 - Me

This is one of the hundreds of pictures I took of myself today. I had so much fun playing with my new tripod and remote shutter switch.

Day 1:365 - Party

We celebrated New Years Eve on New Years Day this year. My mom makes tons of yummy appetizers for the party. Dean loved the deviled eggs, he probably ate 6 or 7 of them before we made him try something else.
